I have always had a passion for fitness, and I have stayed very active my whole life. I participated in soccer, basketball, and wrestling for 8 years, and I have been bodybuilding for 11 years. Fitness to me is not just an activity. It is a state of mind and a way of life. The human body is truly a fascinating machine. We are all such capable beings and have the potential to be and do whatever we put our minds to. Unfortunately, we experience barriers and blockades in our lives that stop us and slow us down from reaching our desired goals.
